USD students credentialed to cover Obama visit

The University of South Dakota Department of Media and Journalism is sending Michael Gerehen, Bailey Milne and Malachi Petersen to cover President Obama's visit to Watertown after the trio was awarded press credentials. They'll represent The Volante and Coyote News.

South Dakota Public Broadcasting will cover the event live as will KWAT Radio.

The president is speaking in Oregon at this hour. He has visited the reddest of the red states just once apiece so far in his presidency.
