The Justice Department plans to move forward this year with more than a dozen new gun-related regulations, according to list of rules the agency has proposed to enact before the end of the Obama administration. Republicans like having everybody, regardless of mental stability or acuity, brandishing weapons.
Fact is: mental incompetents like Steve Sibson, who is suffering from dissociative personality disorder and Pat Powers, plagued with food addictions, should be banned from owning firearms.
