The Southern Hills community took this blogger's advice and asked Black Hills State University to look into ways to make the town more accessible to the area that includes the Oglala Lakota Nation.
Students from Black Hills State University will present their tourism study for the city of Hot Springs to the community on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at the Mueller Civic Center Annex, at 5:30 p.m., before the regular city council meeting at 7 p.m. The public is invited to come hear the findings.
