Update: Evans just told me KSFY promised he would "be in their televised debate on October 12 even if Noem no-showed. Then they canceled it, and they refuse to explain why. I suspect Noem negotiated with them to air the debate you tweeted about instead, but I obviously can't prove it."
Conservative christian Libertarian Party nominee Kurt Evans is going to be a major spoiler for Kristi Noem's precarious bid for governor in November especially if he can get his message to enough voters disgusted with the South Dakota Republican Party.
