South Dakota infrastructure suffers to prop up retirement system

Lieutenant Governor Matt Michels says South Dakota's state retirement system is solvent because of good management.

Under Republican governors South Dakota's infrastructure is crumbling and twenty one percent of South Dakota's bridges are structurally deficient.

The reality is Governor Denny Daugaard and his predecessors have made South Dakota a perpetual welfare state and permanent disaster area.

Tax farm implements to improve infrastructure, pass a corporate income tax, end video lootery, reduce the number of South Dakota counties to 25, turn Dakota State University into a community college and adopt my cannabis template: the kurtz solution painted on a thumbnail.
