There was an illegal coup attempt yesterday to take over and dissolve the Constitution Party of South Dakota without due process. Chair Lori Stacey was advised not to even attend for fear of possible bodily harm. Orchestrating the coup attempt were Gordon Howie, Lora Hubbel and the national chairman who want Stacey removed. The party expects to reconvene at a later date TBA.

Shantel Krebs either intentionally or inadvertently aided your coup attempt, and has already been provided the tangible evidence proving you lied, which was discovered in Shantel’s own Secretary of State records.
You and Gordon Howie and his crony friends tried to highjack our Party and our Convention, but you shall not succeed. A total of 5 out of the 11 voters were not even registered as Constitution Party voters, and with your vote that makes 6 people that were present and allowed by you to illegally cast their votes in your coup’s favor! What this means Lora Hubbel is discarding all 6 illegal votes will undo everything you think you accomplished because you lied! You should be ashamed of what you have attempted, but I don’t believe you are capable of feeling shame! You will all be held civilly and criminally accountable.
First you distributed your campaign material to every alleged delegate who attended our State Convention in violation of our Bylaws, Second, you failed to show tangible evidence that you were registered as a member of the South Dakota Constitution Party, and you’re in fact still registered as a Republican another violation of our Bylaws, Third, in your candidate speech you openly admitted you were still a registered Republican which made you ineligible to even run for any open candidate seat within our Party, Forth, you illegally tried to suspend and/or amend our State Party Bylaws to accommodate you coup attempt which was a huge violation of said Bylaws at the Convention itself which is unequivocally in direct usurpation of the South Dakota Constitution Party Bylaws.
Moreover, I believe you have violated perhaps every campaign law on the SDCL books in what you have tried to do!
I have consulted legal counsel on this entire fiasco and it shall be taken up with the necessary powers to be on Monday. You could be facing criminal charges yourself before this is all over.
