Despite my protestations President Barack Hussein Obama has nominated Democrat in name only Randy Seiler as US Attorney for the District of South Dakota.
Maybe now he'll do something about interstate crimes.

Next Wednesday, Oct. 14, the state Water Management Board under the Department of Water and Natural Resources meets to decide on a permit application from the Fundamental Church of Latter Day Saints (FLDS) in Custer County. We would hope the board turns down this application because it is wrought with fraud. The secretive organization (we won’t call them a religion) attracted the wrath of neighbors by running their heavy equipment at all hours of the day and night. It’s characteristic of FLDS spokesmen to lie to us “infidels” who are non-FLDS members. They lied from the very beginning when their building permit application said they were going to construct a hunting lodge.
