Can you post a link to what you guys just did in CO?
We went to Basalt Co and did a two day workshop on high alt.(7200') food forest and greenhouse gardening. It was amazing. There is so much we can do to eventually have a closed loop gardening system (all inputs come from you system). This is a self sustaining system where you are constantly adding more to the soil than you are taking away(this is the key).
