Gov. Brian Schweitzer will allow a major overhaul of Montana’s medical marijuana act to become law, the governor told the Chronicle editorial board Friday afternoon. He said he will not sign the bill. Ip would it be possible for you to put up a clock like the one you have for the wars we find ourselves in next to that one only for the War On Drugs. I think the waste of both is beyond belief.
