South Dakota's Republican-owned wildlife killing arm is using its last gasp to encourage the extermination of deer in the red moocher state.
The state has spent most of the last three decades wiping out apex predators like cougars that used to control cervid populations but that's all over now, baby blue.

The Rapid City Public Works Committee approved a measure Tuesday authorizing the Parks and Recreation Department to hunt 150 deer within city limits during the 2017-18 season. The last two seasons, 100 deer have been killed. But based on a survey done by Game, Fish and Parks, the deer population is on an uptick, potentially caused by the drought.Read it here.
