US Air Force dumping hazardous waste over PRTC

"Dilution is the solution to pollution."

interested party has learned soils contaminated by decades of toxic spills and other hazardous materials at some of America's military bases are being diluted and sprayed from aircraft during exercises over four northern states.

Ellsworth Air Force Base near Rapid City, South Dakota is home to a Superfund site so are Malmstrom AFB, Montana; Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota and FE Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. These installations are participants at the Powder River Training Complex. Chemtrails have been observed by the public and by general aviation pilots in the expanded practice bombing range.

Spurred by President Heather Wilson of the South Dakota School of Mines and nominee for secretary in Donald Trump's Department of the Air Force, a Rapid City firm specializing in toxic waste has been floating the idea of a deep borehole where contaminated materials could be dumped. Wilson is a Republican former New Mexico politician, Air Force officer and lobbyist linked to double dealing at laboratories with ties to the military/industrial complex.

A deep borehole at the edge of the Ogallala Aquifer in southeastern New Mexico is also being explored. Kirtland AFB outside of Albuquerque and Cannon AFB near Clovis are also remediating contaminated soils. Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma is also home to a Superfund site. Ellsworth's B-1B fleet flies there to load.

Billboards along I-25 in New Mexico warn drivers of so-called chemtrail activity.

RESPEC would have far more credibility if it promoted the geothermal aspects of the deep borehole experiments.

Combat Raider is the next dump and is scheduled for March 14-16.

This image shows a typical day over central and eastern New Mexico where Contrails, and maybe chemtrails, affect the micro-climate.

What would your dad do being an Air Force vet (career?) after seeing Jason Roundsberg's early US Senate campaign photos where he was photographed in front of an A-10 Warthog with aviator glasses and a flight suit when he actually served as an Army Transportation officer?

After serving as enlisted I would not feel comfortable having him as my commanding officer. A dumbass who may be book smart to a degree but is desperately trying to be taken seriously. Who didn't see this coming with him running for South Dakota AG. If he is somehow elected it will show just how broken the system is in Mississippi err I mean South Dakota.

Dad would have been pissed. Ravnsborg is a short guy looking for recognition and power after two failed careers.

It still seems like a bad dream that all these environmental, labor and many other governmental protections are being dismantled that any reasonable person regardless of political party would ever think of eliminating are being done now. Decades of progress being wiped away. My sympathy goes out to those civil service employees in those affected agencies. Stay and resist by slowing down to a crawl the enactment of destructive policies? Leave government to fight elsewhere being in a non-profit? Damn!

Going to a DFL Central Committee Meeting tomorrow to vote on party chair & other offices and work on building for 2018!

Too bad the blue states with their healthy economies and budget surpluses like Minnesota cannot cut off the financial support of red states like South Dakota.

Correction: Failed red states like South Dakota

BTW! Great job on your twitter feed with all the various tweets and links! Good motivating info! Saves time rather than hunting all over for what is going on.

Thanks for the kind words. Minnesota is right on the edge of my radar so it gets less coverage here; but seeing and hearing Al Franken in the news is making me pay more attention lately. Which is turning Republican faster: eastern South Dakota or western Minnesota?

That is a good question! 2018 is critical with the MNGOP holding a 1 seat advantage in the state senate and the Governors race which will have an impact on redistricting. A major DFL effort will be made in greater/western Minnesota in which very good DFL legislative candidates ran but lost due to the Trump tsunami in which Jesus Christ could of run as a DFL candidate and lost. I met many of these candidates at a CD7 Summit last month in Morris, MN and they were excellent candidates running good campaigns. Fortunately many will run again in 2018 but this time with greater support.

Eastern South Dakota? Despite the 2017 legislative session with SDGOP legislators providing more rope to hang themselves yet I still see the SD Democratic party still being irrelevant. Farm economy is tanking, Racism and Bigotry is on the rise and still no sign of any real type of momentum building.

SD Progressives fleeing the state as I did knowing how short our lives are and picking the battles to fight or are they just disengaging and hunkering down trying to just survive in SD? The Heidelberger boat anchor effect turns many off and I am grateful he does not reside in Minnesota.

Update, 23 March, 0700 MDT: Jane Mayer appeared this morning on Democracy Now! and identified the mentor for Robert Mercer (the guy behind Steve Bannon) who believes spraying radiation over the US is good. It's called hormesis.

Update, 24 May, 0752 MDT: Trump cancelled the borehole experiments.

It's called albedo modification.
