Kralj crashes Smith River forum, tells it like it is

Update, 11 June, 12:13 MDT: the video was uploaded to youtube.

Larry Kralj is a brother-in-arms and icon of the Montana blogosphere. He could be my alter ego.
LK, they tell me I need anger management. What do you think? Problem is, if been fighting these no good bastards for so long that I have very little patience for them any more. I just want to get in their faces. Is that so bad? - LK
Jessica Sena is an earth hater lobbyist for the extractive industry that wants to mine on a tributary of the Smith River. The video is posted at her Facebook page with over 500 comments. Like Barrick, Tintina is traded on the Canadian market.
Environmental groups and anglers have lined up in opposition to the mine, arguing that it could harm water quality in Sheep Creek, an important spawning stream for Smith River trout. Tintina maintains that their operation will use the best mining techniques and won’t harm either stream. [Bozeman Daily Chronicle]
Kralj owns the phrase "Holy Roman Kiddie Diddlers" along with many other colorful colloquialisms.

Jo Dee Black of the Great Falls Tribune covered the event but makes no mention of LK's contribution. Here is some of her Periscope of the forum but it is cut off when he entered:

We have had NO chance to comment publicly on this proposed mine. NONE! This was to be another informational meeting, as if we need more information! Both sides would give a presentation. Then you could write a question on a card for the presenters and have your question answered IF your question was selected. FUCK THAT!

I found out about the meeting late, so I decided that since it was a public forum, I would SPEAK publicly whether they liked it or not. What I had to say would not fit on a card. I was just going to speak for a minute or so and then leave, but they decided to call in their little thugs. If they would have just allowed me to speak, I would have left no problem. But when they got forceful, I got pissed.

The video doesn't show the first part of what happened. Shanahan was speaking when I got there. I simply walked in to the front of the room and informed the crowd that since it was a community forum, and since I was part of the community, I was adding myself to the list of speakers. That part is conveniently left off the tape.

My only goal was to show the miner assholes how most people feel about the mine. They HATE that damn thing. GF is full of sportsmen who love that river. And it's good to sometimes let the bad guys see the passion. I had no idea that it was being taped. And damn, I was shocked as shit to see it posted on their facebook page. Someone told me that I was in a video and it was going viral. My first thought was what the fuck? But sure enough it was there.

The idiot miners were going to try to make me look bad. GOOD! 'Cause that certainly backfired on them. They NOW know how much opposition there really is out there to the mine. The stupid bastards left the site up. If they had any brains at all they would have taken it down immediately after the comments started rolling in.

But since I really am a nice guy, I did write the Tribune and thank them for sponsoring the forum, for I could never had paid for that much negative publicity for the mine. They did it for me. And boy did the word get out. I think that now, that no good land rapin' SOB Shanahan is going to have some explaining to do.

This is another case of those god damned Canadian corporations coming down here to rape Montana. We should have learned our lesson by now. Zortman/Landusky is a crime against humanity, done by Pegasus Gold, another Canadian co.

But that Sandfire group out of Australia is equally as evil. And hopefully, Montanans will start to investigate what the assholes are doing. They tried to sneak in another mine, but I think that ain't gonna be so easy now.

All in a day's work for me though. Fuck. I'm damn TIRED of being treated like a third world country. We've got to fight back.

Thanks for posting this, and spread the word.

You rock, my brother! The earth haters are lauding Trump's Canadian softwood ruling but say nothing about foreign miners crashing ecosystems.

Oh shit. The finally did it. Looks as if they disabled the comments on their facebook page. So much for a real discussion on the proposed mine. There was some really great information in those comments too. These guys are incapable of allowing a real discussion to take place. When they start getting their asses handed to them, they leave. What a bunch of assholes. The ONLY forum the will enter is the carefully scripted one where they control things. FUCK THAT!

LK, I been kinda thinkin' that since I live very near the shit pond off of Lower River Rd., I might load up might 450 gallon tank every so often and drive up to White Sulphur and DUMP it right on Main St.! Why not, right? For we get to enjoy their shit, and turn about is fair play! 'Sides, them inbreds would probably LIKE it!

Shit in the Smith affects us ALL downstream, all the way to the ocean. I DON'T think we need any more toxic shit in our water. Let White Sulphur drink shit!

It looks like she took down the video. Anyone else have a copy?

I'll find one. Chickenshit bastards couldn't stand the heat. Too funny. But DAMN that was fun while it lasted. Stupid broad was gonna make me look bad, but it totally backfired on her dumb ass. After about two hundred thousand views and hundreds of negative comments, the chickenshit chick wet down both legs and skeedaddled! Wish I could hear her meeting with her Nazi masters. "You did fucking WHAT? You went international with our crime? You stupid bitch!" I'm sure that corporate found out and that was that. I've seen it happen before.

I posted this at bigskywords, the ONLY Montana site that will still let me post. Greg is a good guy who doesn't care what people think. He wants to allow everyone a voice.

Holy cow! They pulled it from their site, Greg. Guess it was getting to hot for them to handle. Either that or some hot shot progressive attorney saw it and said what the fuck? These mall cops have NO legal authority to assault a person who has committed NO crime! Except pissing in their Cheerios! LAWSUIT TIME! The GF Spitoon sponsored this event. Imagine, a newspaper objecting to free speech by assaulting a speaker. I just might be owning me a newspaper! Too funny. I might have to settle out of court though. I could use the money!

You see, Greg, they have NO legal authority to lay a hand on me for simply speaking. The can ask me to finish and leave, but what they can't do is push me around like they did! But hey, they're too stupid to know that. The little mall cops are wannabee heros.

Apparently it is now a crime to expose the criminal behavior of criminals. Welcome to Trump world!

This one's for Shanahan and Tintina! Enjoy, assholes! (Ward Shanahan was responsible for some of the biggest mining disasters in the state like Zortman/Landusky. THAT is his legacy. But even in death we must never forget what he did. We all die, and our legacy lives on far after we do. That's why I believe it's important to point out who these folks are. Evil is generational sometimes.

LK, could you post this at Cowgirl? I'm still banned. (too funny, huh?) People need to understand that this proposed mine is a f*cking disaster. There is no way in hell that this thing won't destroy the Smith, and then on down to my place on the Missouri. I can't allow that.

My major argument is that these mining bastards are always talking about the "stakeholders'" concerns. Well god DAMN! ALL of us down river are the true stakeholders in this because we all have to suffer the consequences. This is the tail wagging the dog. The little town of White Sulfur should NOT be calling the shots here because they are purported to be the only stakeholders. We are as close to the Smith as they are. It's our river too. If I and everyone else in GF have to drink their shit, WE are stakeholders! And arsenic and acid mine drainage are NOT what we want in our Missouri River water.

EVERYONE downstream is a stakeholder. And our Missouri fisheries do NOT need a super injection of toxic crap! "The power to define the situation is the ultimate power." We can't allow the corporate bastards to define this situation for us! Once the river is gone, it's gone forever. It ain't comin' back. THAT'S what people need to understand. In perpetuity means forever. And THAT'S how long mine waste water will have to be pumped and treated. Forever! Why would we want that?

Once gone, no amount of money would make it right again, so all this talk of bonding is bullshit. All the money in the world cannot make a pristine river. Time to say no and mean it. These miners are simply no good lying bastards. They think that they can trick us one more time with their bullshit of latest technology. Well, the people in GF aren't having any of that. Too many horrific examples of what really happens nearby. Just go over the hill to Monarch and Neihart and SEE what happens after the mines close.

Yes, a river runs through it. But the river also runs through all of us who love that river! It's in our souls, it's part of who we are. We are water. Water is life. We can't sit by and let some no good greedy lying bastards destroy it, for they are destroying us!

The corruption here is immense. I working on that too. These folks involved in this thing are dirty. They will do anything and everything they can to circumvent true debate and influence elected officials and government employees through back channels. THEY walk into the DEQ with their privileged access and the workers tremble. I think that they're the ones who should tremble when they see the anger from the public! And the anger is immense. It must be released before it's too late. Let's have a TRUE debate about this proposal. That's all I ask. Let ALL stakeholders say their piece. That's all I tried to do and for that I got kicked out.

I saw Cowgirl put up a post. Your wish is my command.

The Montana Department of Environmental Quality has received over 10,000 comments on the Black Butte mine: "Opponents have raised several concerns about the project, mainly focused on potential impacts to the Smith if the mine causes pollution in the watershed. They also cite Tintina’s foreign ownership and potential for expansion as concerns over the project."
