LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA...
* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Potter, Faulk, Spink,
Stanley, Sully, Hughes, Hyde, Hand, Jones, Lyman and Buffalo.
* WINDS...Northwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become
difficult to control or suppress.

After advice from an interested party Wind Cave has postponed its prescribed burn.
Wind Cave hopes to try again this week but conditions are worsening by the day.
After advice from an interested party the BLM has postponed its prescribed burn in the Schenk Canyon area in the southern Hills. Fort Meade and Ruby Hills burns still planned for this week.
