Military spox mum on Ravnsborg's court-martial

Alexis Tracy is a rising star in South Dakota politics and Republican Attorney General Marty Jackley got divorced in 2018 now his office is just a few steps away from a friend with benefits.
Former South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg is facing a disciplinary hearing before the state Supreme Court in mid-February. The case stems from Ravnsborg’s role in a fatal crash that ultimately led to his impeachment and removal from office. The complaint was filed by then-Clay County state's attorney Alexis Tracy. She was one of the lead prosecutors in the Senate impeachment trial. Tracy now works for Attorney General Marty Jackley. [Impeached AG Ravnsborg faces disciplinary hearing Feb. 14]
So, if killer Republican Jason Ravnsborg is a member of the US Army Reserve what prevents our Commander in Chief from compelling his court-martial and dishonorable discharge? No doubt Lee Schoenbeck has forwarded his legal brief to Lieutenant Colonel Ravnsborg’s Army Reserve commander who could take steps to order an inquiry. I am no fan of Mr. Schoenbeck because he helped to cover up catholic crimes against children and vulnerable adults but hey: the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

$20 says Jason Ravnsborg is hiding a reality that makes Bill Janklow’s look like a sweet biopic; but according to veteran reporter Tom Lawrence a spokesperson for the Army Reserve did not return calls as to Ravnsborg's future with the Armed Services.

Ravnsborg killed a man, lied about it to investigators and should be stripped of his military rank and retirement benefits. He pleaded no contest to misdemeanors because the risk of lying under oath would have ended his military career and there were no follow up charges because the Governor’s Office of Risk Management convinced Mrs. Noem the political fallout would have splashed onto her.

This crap will happen forever in the chemical toilet that is South Dakota because only Democrats want to shine flashlights into every culpable Republican rectum in the state, ad nauseam.
