Racist nutbag and financially broke Shad Olson is hopping mad over the pact between NDN Collective and Black Hills Clean Water Alliance as they use billboards to raise awareness in and around Rapid City and urge action to stop Republican donor, Pete Lien & Sons' proposed strip mine near Pe'Sla. Olson also cites the Bear Lodge rare earth mining site as a calamitous Green New Deal project apparently not knowing the pilot plant in Upton that would process ore is funded by Earth hater, General Atomics and is delayed because of design flaws even as it seeks permits from the US Forest Service to expand the Bull Mountain mine in the Wyoming Black Hills.
