South Dakotans racing to their deaths

Although a measure that would have empowered physicians to help patients to die with dignity South Dakotans would rather die on the highway.
After thirty-two traffic fatalities since September first, state officials are again asking people to take the small step of using their seat belts. Lee Axdahl, Director of the Office of Highway Safety, says too many deaths occur because of the lack of seat belts.
