Earth haters in the South Dakota Legislature were given a sneak peak into the 2018 budget.
State revenues have been below projections for several months, threatening red ink for the next session of the legislature. Senator Ryan Maher of Isabel says it was no surprise.GOP hypocrisy on parade.
