Police Chief Jim Bush said that in the early morning hours Friday, Nate Borg, of the Sturgis Police Department, conducted a traffic stop. The location of the stop was in Sturgis on the east bound on ramp at Interstate 90 Exit No. 30. Charges requested are possession of marijuana, possession of specified amounts of marijuana with intent to distribute and commission of a felony while armed with a firearm.
