Paulson: "Expect a mayoral runoff between Christine Erickson and Jamie Smith. With a recent endorsement from the Sioux Falls Police Labor Council, Christine is the obvious front runner in the race. Jamie has significant name ID from his run for Governor. Joe Batcheller has performed well in the debates, but lacks name ID outside of downtown. Greg Jamison has failed to make a splash and I don’t expect him to be competitive. No candidate is within shooting distance of 50% to avoid a runoff."
